The firm describes compensation as highly competitive and offers performance incentives and comprehensive benefits. The stated annual compensation range is $130,000–$145,000, reflecting base salary plus projected bonuses and billable-hour commission; actual pay may vary based on experience, location, billable-hour expectations, and other job-related factors. Full-time employees are eligible for the benefits described in the posting, and work from anywhere is available to eligible employees after six months.
