About The Position

Modern Family Law is seeking a Senior Frontend React Engineer to build a new technology product for family law. The engineer will own the React and TypeScript client application, translating product designs and interactive prototypes into production experiences. They will establish reusable component, state-management, routing, and form patterns; build reliable multi-step workflows; and partner with backend engineers on API contracts and data structures. The role also covers secure, role-aware experiences, AI-enabled workflows, performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, browser compatibility, testing, code review, and technical guidance for the existing frontend developer. The position requires residence within commuting distance of a Colorado office in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, or Denver. Work From Anywhere is available to eligible employees after six months.

  • Establish component architecture, state-management patterns, routing, form strategy, and frontend conventions.
  • Build secure, role-aware client and attorney experiences with strong validation and clear presentation of permissions and workflow state.
  • Integrate AI-powered capabilities into product workflows, including the presentation of generated content, sources, confirmations, corrections, loading states, and failures.
  • Own frontend performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, browser support, and production quality.
