Senior Frontend Engineer - Product-Led-Growth

Join our product team and contribute to the development of a unique product management system used by over 5000 global companies. As part of a small cross-functional team, you will have the opportunity to work on the entire feature development lifecycle and have direct access to valuable customer feedback. We are scaling our engineering and product capabilities to tackle more complex challenges, and you will play a key role in driving important decisions and foundational platforms. This is a fully remote position with occasional travel to our Prague office, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

• Join a product team and develop features for a product management system used by global companies
• Work in small cross-functional teams consisting of developers, a designer, and a product manager
• Be part of the feature development lifecycle and have direct access to customer feedback
• Scale engineering and product to take on complex customer challenges
• Drive big decisions and foundational platforms for the engineering organization
• Work with TypeScript, React.js, TypeScript/Node.js, Ruby, Kotlin, Kafka, Postgres, Elastic, Redis, Python, Keboola, Looker, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Have 5+ years of experience building web apps
• Experience with single page applications built with JavaScript
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Continuous and Progressive Delivery with Feature Flags
• Solid understanding of functional programming principles
• Confident in designing frontend architecture and passionate about performance
• Experience mentoring and helping teammates, doing code reviews, and pair-programming
• Drive to have the editor and tooling set up perfectly
• Initiative to fix something that's broken
• Able to win a debate on tabs vs. spaces conducted entirely in English
