Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in project finance operations, loan or closing operations, portfolio operations, corporate or real estate paralegal work, structured finance support, or a similar role.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation discipline, including the ability to track numerous conditions precedent, borrowing representations, document deliverables, certifications, and reporting requirements simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead coordination across Finance, Legal, external counsel, lenders, and investors; gather inputs, close action items, resolve escalations, and respond to complex lender diligence questions with minimal guidance.
  • Proficiency with standard productivity and data tools such as Excel, SharePoint, ShareFile, and document-management systems.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize requirements, status, risks, and dependencies for internal and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities and new financing structures.
  • Ability to communicate requirements, status, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders with customer focus, clarity, reliability, and follow-through.
  • Problem-solving mindset, including identifying documentation or process gaps and helping drive practical resolutions.
  • Commitment to Nexamp’s mission and passion for addressing the climate crisis.
