About The Position

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financing and fundraising for GPU computing and data-center infrastructure. Based in San Jose, the role works closely with the regional senior financing leader and cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate funding alternatives, prepare transaction materials, and support financing execution. Direct GPU or data-center experience is helpful but not required; relevant experience in banking, credit, equipment finance, corporate finance, treasury, or another transaction-oriented environment is applicable. The role supports financing processes from market research and lender outreach through term-sheet evaluation, diligence, documentation, closing, funding, and post-close monitoring. It also develops scenario analyses linking GPU deployment, utilization, power and facility capacity, revenue, operating costs, capital expenditures, and liquidity; tracks financing milestones and covenants; and helps improve the processes, controls, reporting, and data practices of a scalable global financing function. The role collaborates with internal teams and external financing partners and contributes to funding Bitdeer’s GPU and data-center growth while maintaining disciplined economics and risk controls. Success is measured by financing execution quality and speed, the accuracy and transparency of analysis, and the strength of internal and external partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
Typically 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in investment or commercial banking, corporate finance, project finance, equipment finance or leasing, credit, treasury, transaction advisory, or FP&A.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to organize large volumes of financial and operational information and communicate conclusions clearly.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across functions, seniority levels, and geographies.

Nice To Haves

Experience in data centers, GPUs, servers, technology hardware, energy, infrastructure, equipment leasing, or another capital-intensive sector.
Experience supporting debt, lease, project-finance, private-credit, or asset-backed transactions.
Familiarity with financial statements, credit agreements, covenant calculations, and financing-related accounting concepts.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain detailed financing, cash-flow, debt-service, and return models for GPU purchases and data-center projects.
Analyze financing alternatives, including equipment loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, project financing, private credit, vendor financing, and other structured solutions.
Prepare lender presentations, information packages, financial schedules, diligence responses, approval materials, and executive summaries.
Support financing processes from market research and lender outreach through term-sheet evaluation, diligence, documentation, closing, funding, and post-close monitoring.
Track project capital expenditures, funding availability, utilization, interest, fees, covenant requirements, payment schedules, and key financing milestones.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations, and Procurement to validate assumptions and maintain consistent source data.
Develop scenario analyses connecting GPU deployment, utilization, power and facility capacity, revenue, operating costs, capital expenditures, and liquidity.
Improve templates, reporting, controls, and data processes supporting a scalable global financing function.
Conduct market and comparable-transaction research on data-center, digital-infrastructure, equipment-finance, and AI-compute financing trends.
Support communications and execution activities with U.S. banks, equipment lessors, private-credit providers, infrastructure investors, and strategic partners.
