About The Position

BWE is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing Capital Markets Desk, which originates and sells multifamily Agency CMBS loans, primarily through Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae programs. The role combines market research, data ownership, pricing and rate-lock support, communication, automation, and relationship development. The analyst will take ownership of assigned work and may grow toward broader capital markets responsibility as the platform scales. The Senior Analyst will own market, pricing, historical, and transaction data from source through final output; research fixed-income, Agency CMBS, macroeconomic, and commercial real estate developments; and produce recurring commentary, research, and presentations for internal and external audiences. The role also supports loan-pricing and rate-lock execution, workflow improvement using Excel, automation, and AI-enabled tools, and market-intelligence coverage for additional BWE products. The analyst will collaborate across the firm and with external market participants, contribute to developing risk and scenario analytics, and provide guidance to junior team members as the team grows. This position is intended for an experienced analyst who can deliver precise, accountable work in a time-sensitive capital markets environment. BWE describes growth opportunities as dependent on demonstrated performance, including sustained accuracy, judgment, market knowledge, communication, relationship-building, and execution readiness. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; BWE will not sponsor applicants for immigration benefits.
