Senior Analyst - Treasury (Financing & Debt Capital Markets)
About The Position
Nscale is seeking a high-output treasury professional to support execution of project-based financing and debt capital markets transactions. This role is suited to an analytically strong, detail-oriented person who is eager to grow into a larger deal execution role over time. The position supports corporate and project-level financing workstreams, builds and maintains transaction models, evaluates financing terms, coordinates with internal teams, tracks financing pipelines, and supports post-close covenant compliance and bank reporting. Success means keeping deal processes organized, fast-moving, and controlled; producing decision-grade models that withstand senior management scrutiny; and providing internal teams with accurate, timely analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, corporate finance, or structured finance.
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong judgment, urgency, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination.
- Build and maintain transaction models covering debt capacity, pricing, leverage, liquidity, covenant sensitivity, and downside cases.
- Support evaluation of financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and covenant frameworks.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, FP&A, tax, and corporate development teams to align transaction assumptions and deliverables.
- Update and prepare a financing pipeline view across projects, counterparties, milestones, and dependencies.
- Support post-close handoff into covenant compliance and bank reporting.
