We are seeking a highly motivated and solutions-oriented Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join our Finance Technology team. This role will serve as a key partner to Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders, driving optimization, administration, automation, and strategic enhancement initiatives across our financial systems landscape, with a primary focus on NetSuite and OneStream. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting and finance process knowledge with technical systems expertise and a passion for operational improvement. This individual will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day system administration while also leading initiatives focused on scalability, automation, data integrity, and cross-functional process transformation. This is a highly visible role requiring strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 4–7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance transformation, or business systems analysis
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing NetSuite
  • Experience with OneStream or other CPM/EPM platforms
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes including close, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and revenue recognition
  • Experience with scripting, automation, workflows, or business rules development
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain core financial systems, primarily NetSuite and OneStream
  • Manage workflows, hierarchies, metadata, integrations, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes through system monitoring and issue resolution
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, and operational procedures
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting and finance processes through workflows, scripting, integrations, and reporting enhancements
  • Design and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and auditability
  • Develop and support customizations including SuiteScript, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and transformation logic
  • Partner with Finance teams to optimize consolidation, planning, reporting, allocation, and revenue management processes
  • Assist with integration initiatives across ERP, CPM, HRIS, CRM, and data platforms
  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business stakeholders
  • Ensure data consistency and governance across systems, dimensions, hierarchies, and master data structures
  • Support ad hoc analysis, audit requests, and executive reporting needs
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting architecture and enhance decision-making capabilities
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and integration projects
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, IT, and external consultants
  • Contribute to long-term financial systems roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and guidance to end users and business stakeholders
