The Senior Financial & Data Analyst is responsible for oversight, optimization, and daily management of financial systems, primarily Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning, with minor interaction with Oracle. The role is the primary support contact for finance-related system functionality, business unit and hierarchy setup, user access updates, report development in Workday and Adaptive, and inter-system mapping across Workday, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, Eclipse, Mincron, and ADP. The position combines systems knowledge with an understanding of accounting and finance operations. The analyst supports finance users, maintains financial data and configurations, helps keep accounts balanced across entities, and works with Accounting, FP&A, AP, IT, and third-party providers to improve reporting, reconciliation, integrations, and processes. The role also provides end-user training and system education.
