Requirements

8-10 years in a similar position with senior financial responsibilities
Must have experience in delivering projects and initiatives that deliver measurable financial results with a focus on driving organic growth
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
High degree of self-discipline and motivation
Strong analytical skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft suite; focus on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Willing and able to travel

Nice To Haves

CPA and/or MBA or related advanced degree
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
Insurance industry experience

Responsibilities

Collects and analyzes a variety of metrics for implications regarding budget, projects and program initiatives.
Synthesizes and summarizes detailed financial data to create meaningful, high-level, results-oriented analysis.
Identifies opportunities to leverage a structured-autonomy model to accelerate new business development.
Initiates and completes business case proposals for customer retention improvement strategies for each operating division.
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Corporate Departments, Retail Regional Presidents, and Executive Leadership.
Evaluates and quantifies new and historical business data.
Executes controllership and reporting for select business segments.
Designs and proposes evidence-based turnover reporting and cost calculation.
Performs Ad Hoc business analysis.
Looks for new ways to analyze the business and drive results.
Other duties as assigned.
