Wheels is seeking a Sr. Business Excellence Partner who is passionate about solving complex operational challenges, driving tangible business improvements, and enabling teams to work more efficiently. This role goes beyond traditional project coordination or process documentation. The Business Excellence Partner will be responsible for identifying operational pain points, quantifying their business impact, designing practical solutions, and overseeing their implementation to achieve measurable results. Success in this role is defined by reducing manual effort, improving cycle times, enhancing quality, strengthening customer experiences, and supporting business scalability without solely relying on increased headcount. The ideal candidate is intelligent, inquisitive, analytical, and driven to make a significant impact. They should be comfortable collaborating with frontline staff, functional leaders, IT, Product, Analytics, and other stakeholders to understand current processes and drive improvements. Proactive and self-directed, this individual can take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, develop a solution strategy, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate the value delivered. This position is part of the Business Excellence organization and will collaborate with business leaders across operational, client-facing, and support functions. The role will utilize structured problem-solving methodologies, Lean principles, data analysis, workflow redesign, automation, and performance measurement to achieve practical and sustainable improvements.
