About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst, in the General Accounting Department, works under the Hospital CFO to complete and analyze financial and statistical reporting in support of senior management’s goals and objectives. The position ensures timely and accurate financial information, financial reporting, financial projections, and related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting or Finance.
• Six to ten years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare financial statements and financial projections.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with business software applications, including EPIC, Lawson, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based personal computers.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a business- or finance-related field.
• Hospital or healthcare accounting/finance experience.
• Public accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
