The analyst partners with business functions on operating and investment decisions, category financial performance, and decisions involving demand, inventory, pricing, promotions, assortment, suppliers, and service levels. The role translates analysis into clear recommendations and provides independent financial challenge. It may directly manage analysts as the team evolves and will help build tools, processes, and analytical capabilities. The role may be based in the Twin Cities metro area, with onsite work at the Bloomington, Minnesota office as needed; remote work may be available to eligible candidates in certain locations, subject to business needs and employment requirements. Domestic travel one or more times per year is required.
