About The Position

This role is for a Senior Financial Analyst in the Solutions Accounting department. The position is full-time, day shift, and remote, with the requirement to be located near Indianapolis, IN or St. Louis, MO. The salary range is $79,511.52 - $110,511.52 per year.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Apply robust accounting knowledge to execute month-end close processes, ledger reconciliations, and foundational financial operations.
Leverage strong analytical skills to manipulate complex data, interpret findings clearly, and deliver insights with executive presence to cross-functional leaders.
Bring a strong baseline of technical accounting expertise, supported by a Bachelor's degree (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

Extract internal source data to perform statistical, cost, and operational financial analyses, engineering actionable reports to guide core business decisions.
Facilitate end-to-end budget preparation and strategic financial planning processes across organizational initiatives.
Serve as an internal financial advisor across all leadership levels, providing quantitative decision support for strategic initiatives, policies, and operational procedures.
Load final budget spreads into designated financial software systems and execute comprehensive data reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
