About The Position

Provides financial analysis and prepares internal and external financial reports by compiling information and utilizing appropriate accounting policies and procedures. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment while taking appropriate action. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and three years of experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly ad hoc financial analysis and provide customer support as requested.
• Produce and manage financial reporting packages and related analysis, potentially covering accounts receivable, revenue, cash, or other complex areas.
• Respond to analysis requests and provide analytical support to the Finance management team.
• Discuss departmental statements with department heads and investigate material variances.
• Perform monthly close activities for assigned entities.
• Ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled and supported by proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing the annual operating budget for assigned entities.
• Assist the Controller with annual audited financial statements in conjunction with outside auditors and prepare other required annual reports.
