The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the AW Americas Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role partners closely with the Finance Director and collaborates with both Commercial and Operations Finance teams to support the business through forecasting, budgeting, and weekly outlook processes. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements

  • Support monthly investment tracking by partnering with R&D and Operations teams across Americas sites and divisions to provide financial insights that inform business decisions.
  • Support 80/20 analysis and tracking, including preparing estimates for weekly outlooks, forecasts, and annual budgets, while providing commentary on key variances.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings and data collection for 80/20 Bowlers, as well as support ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting effectiveness.
