About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner directly with key business units to shape long-term growth and cost-optimization strategies. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will blend deep financial acumen with strategic decision-making to build innovative forecasting models and drive performance in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related analytical field (CPA/CMA designation is a strong asset).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, and progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in delivering accurate budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and departmental financial stewardship.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex personal portfolios, prioritize workloads effectively, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and innovate weekly and monthly financial planning, forecasting, and reporting models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate proactively with department leaders to understand operational drivers, challenge assumptions, and deliver data-driven business cases.
  • Define and maintain key performance indicators across business units to interpret trends, surface risks, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Work alongside technology teams and data source providers to ensure core decision-making data is accurate, automated, and timely.
  • Drive cross-functional analytical projects for senior management through data mining, financial modeling, and professional presentations.
