In order to strategically steer and further advance the growth of our corporate group, we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Financial Analyst (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant professional experience, ideally as an associate in transaction advisory or financial due diligence, or with a private equity or venture capital investor.
• Accustomed to quickly understanding complex financial data and business models, analyzing economic relationships, and identifying a company's key value drivers.
• Proficient in Excel and preparing results in an audience-appropriate manner.
• Strong analytical thinking, a good feel for economic contexts, and the ability to look at both details and the big picture.
• High degree of initiative, solution-orientation, and responsibility with the ambition to drive topics independently, critically question them, and deliver concrete results.
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies, confident handling of digital tools, and interest in the meaningful use of automation and AI/AI applications.
• Strong communication skills and a down-to-earth demeanor, strong hands-on mentality, and the ability to explain complex topics understandably and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop group-wide reporting and support rolling financial and corporate planning for our companies and investors.
• Analyze business models, earnings developments, and financial key figures, identify key value drivers, and derive well-founded recommendations for action.
• Work closely with the managing directors of our operational companies and support them as a business sparring partner in important decisions.
• Create transparency on the financial and operational development of our companies and continuously develop relevant management indicators.
• Analyze profitability, cash flow, working capital, and other economic drivers, identify opportunities and risks, and make value creation potentials visible.
• Question existing accounting and controlling processes, identify potential for improvement, and actively drive their further development.
• Utilize modern tools and AI-supported approaches to make analyses, reporting, and planning processes more efficient and better.
