About The Position

A2Z Sync is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own the financial models and monthly analysis that support forecasting, cost of revenue, margins, and variance reporting. The role is hands-on and involves building and maintaining driver-based models, identifying cost trends, improving the monthly finance cycle, and analyzing performance across all P&L lines. The analyst works directly with the Director of Finance and partners closely with accounting and revenue operations. The position is based in the Denver office and requires three days per week onsite. The analyst will maintain forecasts and scenario analyses, model headcount and contractor costs, analyze integration, vendor, hosting, and operating expenses, and produce company- and department-level reporting. They will also maintain company KPIs and dashboards, validate data, support close activities, and develop clear commentary and business insights for leadership. A key part of the role is automating repetitive finance work using AI tools, scripts, or improved models. A2Z Sync is a Series A SaaS company transitioning toward an AI-native operating model. The role offers the opportunity to establish finance processes and models, contribute analysis to leadership decisions, and gain exposure to planning activities such as board reporting, pricing, unit economics, and capital allocation.
