About The Position

Stampede Culinary Partners is looking for a skilled Senior Financial Analyst – Operations to join our Finance & Accounting team! If you have a passion for financial analysis, manufacturing operations, and turning data into meaningful business insights, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This hybrid Senior Financial Analyst role gives you the opportunity to work closely with plant leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance while supporting financial performance across our multi-site production network. You'll analyze manufacturing costs and operational performance, develop KPIs and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial insights that help improve cost, productivity, and margins. This full-time Senior Financial Analyst – Operations position offers a competitive salary, annual bonus eligibility, and the opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our accounts receivable operations and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial analysis and manufacturing, operations, or supply chain finance
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems and data tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments

Responsibilities

• Analyze production variances including yield, labor, overhead, and purchase price variance
• Support accurate product costing and monthly close activities
• Develop and maintain operational KPIs around procurement, yield, scrap, inventory, working capital, and labor efficiency
• Produce dashboards and reports that help identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement to support production planning, cost improvement initiatives, and operational decisions
• Support Operations budgets and monthly forecasts
• Analyze inventory trends
• Evaluate capital investments and ROI
• Help drive reporting automation and standardization across sites
