Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Millennium-•Delavan, WI

About The Position

The Senior Financial Operations Analyst is Finance’s strategic voice on clients and the industries they operate in. The role reviews the client portfolio and broader market to identify risks and opportunities, then turns those insights into recommendations for leadership. It combines analysis of large clients’ financial health and industry trends with evaluation of client-term economics, and contributes those insights to the cash flow outlook. The position is part of Finance and partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Operations, Accounting, and Credit. It is distinct from Credit: the focus is strategic insight and decision support, rather than credit approvals or collections. The analyst helps leadership anticipate client and market shifts before they affect revenue, margins, or cash, and informs strategic and account-planning decisions. The work includes portfolio financial-health analysis, industry and market intelligence, client deal economics, cash flow forecasting, executive communication, and special projects.
