About The Position

Individuals in Finance Analytics (FA) work at the intersection of Finance expertise, data, technology, and artificial intelligence to improve decision-making, transform Finance processes, and build scalable organizational capabilities. The role combines hands-on delivery of critical solutions with enabling Finance teams to apply analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies independently. The balance between execution and enablement may shift according to leadership priorities, business needs, and organizational maturity. Depending on priorities, the analyst may lead or deliver Finance analytics, automation, AI-enabled workflows, process redesign, data solutions, prototypes, and strategic transformation initiatives. The analyst may also educate, coach, and train Finance employees; develop reusable methods and learning assets; support communities of practice; and help teams adopt new technologies and ways of working. The role connects Finance processes, data, systems, and business decisions. It translates Finance requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions in partnership with Finance, Accounting, IT, data, and other organizations, while maintaining Finance ownership of business outcomes. The analyst serves as a trusted point of contact for Finance analytics, data, and technology-enabled solutions, including data provision, functional data integration, governance, process design, automation, and responsible AI use. The analyst explores emerging technologies and AI capabilities, conducts structured experimentation and proof-of-concepts, assesses their applicability to Finance use cases, and helps determine which capabilities should be scaled. The role communicates findings and recommendations, supports implementation and adoption, and helps ensure successful solutions and practices can be reused across Finance.
