About The Position

PHI Health is seeking dynamic, driven individuals to join its Membership Sales team as Senior Sales Managers. This role is crucial for driving membership growth by selling and promoting membership services to individuals, families, and organizations. The Senior Sales Manager will develop and nurture relationships through a consultative sales approach, represent PHI Health at various events, and lead field sales efforts within their assigned territory. The position involves executing strategic initiatives for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales, meeting and exceeding targets, and contributing to the development of innovative sales programs. Reporting to the Director of Membership Sales, this role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, facilitating sales training, coaching, and mentorship for new team members. This is an ideal role for a results-driven professional passionate about expanding access to life-saving services.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of previous outside sales experience.
3+ years of prior industry sales experience.
Demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales to companies with 100 or more employees.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals as an individual and team member.
Proven track record of developing sales talent.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel.
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and SaaS CRM programs.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
