About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Field Recruiter with a strong hotel operations background who understands the day-to-day needs of hotel leaders. This role will serve as a responsive, trusted partner to operations leaders, using sound interviewing and selection practices to hire General Managers and Directors of Sales across a high-volume portfolio. The Senior Recruiter partners with leaders to identify, attract, and hire talent across hotel functions. This role leverages hospitality operations expertise and knowledge of hiring best practices to evaluate candidates, advise hiring managers, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted talent advisor, helping leaders make informed hiring decisions that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hospitality operations experience in a hotel environment.
  • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred.
  • Understanding of general hiring practices, interviewing techniques, and employment processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decisions across multiple levels of leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organization, time management, and consultative problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for hospitality and corporate roles while ensuring alignment with business needs and workforce plans.
  • Utilize hotel operations knowledge to assess candidate qualifications, evaluate operational competencies, and provide hiring managers with informed recommendations on talent selection.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers by providing professional, timely, and detail-oriented support throughout the hiring process. Consult on position requirements, candidate qualifications, and market trends while delivering a high-touch customer experience that enables effective and efficient hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, selection, offer preparation, and candidate communications while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment requirements, including documentation, background screening, employment eligibility verification, and applicant tracking system management.
