About The Position

The Senior Field Operations Associate administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including the receipt, processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. The role assists with preparing and coordinating shipping and receiving schedules, controlling the flow of goods, and regulating warehouse space. It also helps ensure effective operating procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment. This is an onsite role in Monterey Park, California, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Required overtime and participation in an on-call rotation are specified. Travel is 40%. Starting pay is $31.05 per hour, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium; the position is also bonus eligible and includes benefits.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Warehouse or inventory control experience.
Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products and participate in cycle counting when necessary.
Compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with safety regulations.
Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report damage to supervisors.
Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the branch.
Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries.
Track inventory and product movement, notify departments when supplies are low, and identify when orders would deplete available supplies.
Work with internal resources to obtain alternative products, such as through a loaner bank, other warehouses, or consignments.
Assist with warehouse operating procedures, space utilization, and the maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
