About The Position

The Senior Field Marketing Manager, Partners is an experienced field marketer who will own integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across Justworks' partner ecosystem — including brokers, accounting firms, technology partners, and channel organizations. This role requires someone with a strong field marketing foundation who brings meaningful experience working alongside partner and channel organizations. This is a high-impact role with room to grow as our partner marketing strategy evolves.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in field marketing or B2B demand generation, with meaningful experience working alongside or within a partner or channel ecosystem
  • Strong foundation in field marketing fundamentals: regional pipeline strategy, event-based programs, sales alignment, and integrated campaign execution
  • Experience supporting indirect sales channels such as brokers, accountants, resellers, or strategic alliances
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programs across cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven with experience measuring pipeline contribution and campaign ROI
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where the strategy continues to evolve

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, SaaS, or related B2B industries
  • Familiarity with SMB or mid-market customer segments
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of ABM and regional field marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute integrated field marketing programs tied to pipeline goals and target accounts — with partners as a primary channel and audience
  • Serve as the primary field marketing partner to Channel Sales, Broker Partnerships, Accountant Partnerships, and Technology Alliances teams
  • Plan and manage co-branded field programs, including regional events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, partner enablement sessions, and local market activations
  • Build integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, and partner channels — connecting partner motions to broader demand gen programs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align programs to regional pipeline goals
  • Create partner-facing campaign toolkits, messaging, and enablement resources to support scalable execution
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; use data to optimize program investment
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and MDF where applicable
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to both internal stakeholders and external partners
