Senior Field Marketing Manager

FrontifyNew York, NY
$119,000 - $140,000Hybrid

About The Position

Frontify's brand platform transforms how teams organize digital assets, collaborate on projects, and create engaging campaigns. Our people empower thousands of marketers and designers — including teams at Uber, Microsoft, Volkswagen, and Telefónica — to build engaging brands. With headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland, and offices in London and New York City, we share a vibrant culture built on creativity, collaboration, inclusion, and joy. We're on the lookout for new team members to share our vision. This role will shape how Frontify shows up where it matters most — in the moments, markets, and conversations that drive real connection and commercial impact. Sitting at the intersection of brand, demand, partnerships, and revenue, you'll turn company priorities into meaningful market activations that build momentum across the US. This is a role for someone who brings clarity to complexity. You'll translate strategy into programs that feel relevant, not repetitive — experiences that resonate with creative and marketing leaders while driving measurable pipeline impact. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you'll help define how our allbound motion comes to life in-market, strengthening relationships, unlocking opportunities, and making Frontify impossible to ignore.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a hybrid format where you're able to work on-site in our New York City office twice a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week.
  • 6+ years of experience in field marketing — ideally in a B2B SaaS or complex environment.
  • Experience building programs that connect brand activity with measurable commercial outcomes, and knowing how to prove it.
  • Comfortable partnering deeply with Sales teams and aligning marketing efforts to pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue impact — and have done this successfully at scale.
  • Understanding of Frontify's core audience — brand, creative, and marketing leaders — and knowing how to engage them with relevant, high-impact programs.
  • Ability to think strategically but stay close to execution, knowing that great ideas only matter if they land in-market.
  • Confidence operating across multiple regions, with the ability to focus effort where it drives the most impact.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and enjoyment in connecting the dots across teams to create something bigger than the sum of its parts.
  • Motivation by building — from shaping new approaches to refining what works into scalable systems — and finding real satisfaction in ownership and expertise.
  • Track record of raising the bar for how work gets done, whether through mentoring colleagues, establishing best practices, or modeling excellence in execution.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the wider marketing team to build and execute field marketing programs across our priority market the US, bringing deep expertise and sound judgment to every decision.
  • Turn company priorities into clear, market-facing plans that connect brand visibility, community, partnerships, and pipeline — and drive these through execution.
  • Develop and run events, tradeshows, and dinners that support both brand and commercial goals, owning the strategy-to-delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and regional teams to align on target accounts, priorities, follow-up, and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Brand to ensure programs are integrated and strategically aligned, bringing thought leadership and cross-functional insight.
  • Identify the right market moments, partnerships, and community plays to increase relevance and visibility — staying ahead of what matters in your markets.
  • Build and refine scalable playbooks, planning processes, and operating rhythms that elevate how we execute across markets, embedding excellence into systems.
  • Ensure every initiative is well-managed, well-measured, and clearly tied to business outcomes — owning both the work and the proof.
  • Own how Frontify builds presence, relevance, and momentum in key markets. Your work won't just show up in campaigns — it will shape how customers experience the brand in the real world, and how that experience turns into lasting impact.
