Drives field growth and productivity within the direct sales channel by delivering high-touch, relationship-focused support to independent leaders. Promotes key programs and tools that enhance sponsoring, team building, and customer retention. Partners closely with the Director of Sales and the sales support team to strengthen support for the field. Acts as a trusted advisor and connector - supporting leadership development, improving communication, and activating the field around growth-driving initiatives. We educate and empower field leaders to grow their businesses with authentic, service-minded support that builds long-term trust without applying pressure. Own a designated sub-region of field leaders, serving as their primary point of contact and driving sales growth within the group through targeted coaching, account planning, and activation of growth initiatives.
