The Field Support Representative will assist with various employee relations and human resources matters, gathering, collecting, maintaining documents and records, and conducting investigations. This role involves conducting store visits for mentorship and guidance, providing policy interpretation, serving as the initial contact for employee complaints, and conducting interviews for employee relations matters. The representative will also advise management on corrective actions, review dismissal requests, respond to unemployment claims, and represent the company at various events. Additionally, they will maintain knowledge of EEO laws, complete expense reports, present educational material, and attend required meetings and training.
