About The Position

This position partners with internal HR Business Partners and hiring executives to create, develop, and execute recruiting strategies for executive-level positions. The Executive Recruiter works with HCSC senior leadership to identify and hire executive talent critical to the business. The role may align with an annual incentive bonus plan, subject to its terms and conditions. Flex employees are expected to work in the office a minimum of three days per week, with management discretion to modify weekly schedules for exigent circumstances.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of talent acquisition experience, or 12 or more years of talent acquisition experience.
Seven or more years of experience focused on executive recruiting.
Experience partnering with business leaders and executives to fill critical leadership positions.
Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in the executive recruitment process.
Ability to plan, design, and administer recruitment practices across divisions and multiple stakeholders.
Initiative, analytical ability, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under the direction of HR leadership.
PC proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Lotus Notes.
Interpersonal skills, including working across departments, building consensus, driving direction, and building lasting relationships with customers, peers, and leadership.
