About The Position

Lifespace Communities is seeking an accomplished Senior Executive Director to provide strategic leadership for one of our communities, driving operational excellence, financial performance, occupancy growth, resident experience, regulatory compliance, and leadership effectiveness. This is more than an Executive Director role. We’re looking for a proven senior living executive who can lead through leaders, develop executive talent, drive results, and create a culture of accountability and high performance.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive senior living leadership experience.
Previous experience as an Executive Director, Administrator, Regional/Division Operations Leader, or comparable senior executive.
Proven success leading complex operations and developing Executive Directors and senior leadership teams.
Strong financial, operational, regulatory, occupancy, and business acumen.
Bachelor’s degree required
Administrator licensure or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership across operations, finance, sales, occupancy, resident experience, quality, and compliance.
Mentor and develop the Executive Director and senior leadership team.
Drive financial, operational, and occupancy performance using data, disciplined execution, and clear accountability.
Partner with Sales & Marketing to accelerate lead conversion, move-ins, retention, and growth.
Lead performance improvement and turnaround strategies when results are below expectations.
Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational alignment.
Make timely, decisive decisions while keeping residents and team members at the center of the business.
