About The Position

Requirements

• Three or more years of progressive culinary leadership experience is preferred.
• High-volume foodservice experience is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and team development skills are preferred.
• Experience with food cost, purchasing, inventory, and production is preferred.
• Catering and special-event experience is preferred.

• Culinary degree preferred.
• ServSafe preferred.
• Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus.
