About The Position

The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the executive assistant to the Vice President of Memory Sales for the Central and Eastern United States, handling high‑level administrative tasks and acting as a trusted liaison. In addition, the senior executive assistant will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of three remote sales offices (Austin, Houston, and Raleigh) supporting a diverse team that includes sales, sales operations, finance, quality, and engineering. Location: Daily onsite presence at our Austin, Texas location in alignment with our Flexible Work policy Reports to: Vice President of Memory Sales for CE Region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in a tech focused sales environment.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and video conferencing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work autonomously across time zones.
  • Proactive problem‑solver with a “can‑do” attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with technical and sales personnel.
  • Detail‑oriented, yet able to see the bigger picture for process optimization.

  • Experience managing remote or distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations for three remote offices (facility services, IT support, supplies, and budget tracking).
  • Maintain office policies, health & safety compliance, and emergency procedures.
  • Organize on site customer meetings and team events.
  • Facilitate communication across locations, ensuring timely distribution of documents, reports, and project updates.
  • Manage the Sales VP’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Prioritize and route incoming requests, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Track office expenditures, process invoices, and reconcile monthly budgets.
  • Compile operational metrics and produce regular status reports for the VP and senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in office workflows and cross functional collaboration.
  • Lead initiatives for remote work best practices and technology adoption.
  • Liaise with vendors for equipment, software licenses, and facility services.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
