About The Position

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support its Legal and Corporate Affairs (LCA) team. This role involves partnering directly with the SVP Chief Compliance Officer and up to two other senior leaders. The assistant will act as a trusted resource, ensuring team alignment with V2MOM goals, managing changing priorities, and providing honest feedback to leaders. The position is within a fast-moving team focused on protecting Salesforce and upholding ethical practices.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excited about utilizing Salesforce AI capabilities to increase daily productivity and experiment with new automated workflows.
  • Confidence and diplomacy when working with senior leaders.
  • Comfort managing up, offering strategic time-management solutions, and delivering difficult feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Proven ability to handle highly confidential compliance and legal information safely.
  • Natural relationship builder who can develop a strong personal network across the company.
  • Customer-centric orientation with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars based on executive preferences, resolve conflicts, and build in breaks.
  • Set agendas, take notes, and track action items for meetings.
  • Use independent judgment to reduce or consolidate meetings when necessary.
  • Manage and triage executive inboxes, prioritizing urgent correspondence.
  • Support executives with Slack communications, including sending messages and managing presence.
  • Set up and manage virtual meetings across platforms.
  • Utilize AI and automation capabilities to work smarter, draft communications, and improve team efficiency.
  • Plan travel itineraries and submit expense reports using Concur, adhering to the Global Travel & Expense Policy.
  • Raise Purchase Orders (POs) using Coupa and navigate procurement systems.
  • Track spending for team events, work with Finance Partners, and manage vendor records.
  • Lead team projects, set timelines, and organize in-person and virtual team events.
  • Partner with teams like Techforce, Meetingforce, and REWS.
  • Develop strong relationships across Salesforce to facilitate getting things done.
  • Provide team coverage for LCA Admin colleagues during PTO and sickness.
  • Perform other duties as requested by executives or the LCA Admin team.
