Requirements

  • 4 plus years of senior executive admin experience or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Office Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who has the initiative to proactively identify and resolve problems and know when to seek clarification or assistance.
  • Ability to effectively interact with senior level management and have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to flex your working style from high direction to high autonomy and levels in-between.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong familiarity with or direct experience working in a contact center or operations environment.
  • Acts as a thought partner by anticipating needs and translating direction into action.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to different work styles, preferences, and frequently changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong technology proficiency and a willingness to learn and adopt new systems.
