About The Position

Acronis is seeking a highly proactive and strategic Senior Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and General Counsel (GC). This role is central to a fast-paced, global organization, demanding exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs. The Senior Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner, managing complex logistics, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless execution across competing priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in high-growth, high-intensity environments, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and precision. Success requires comfort working across diverse cultures, senior stakeholders, and multiple time zones, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced and global environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendaring), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Responsive, open-minded, and able to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented, positive personality, and proactively anticipates needs without being asked or directed.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and high integrity with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic international work environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Handle routine correspondence and inquiries with precision.
  • Communicate with Executives, managers, and others across all levels of the organization while maintaining professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Utilize business software applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.
  • Oversee and manage Executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars and time zones, adjusting schedules as needed for dynamic changes.
  • Arrange all aspects of international business travel including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and permits, developing and executing detailed travel itineraries with a focus on high-quality standards and logistical efficiency.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for executive meetings, offsites, and events, including agenda development, materials preparation, and on-site support.
  • Support and drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CRO, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and timely execution.
  • Track action items, monitor progress, and help maintain momentum across key projects.
  • Liaise with the legal department to review and manage contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and other legal documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on budget tracking, expense management, and reporting.
  • Process purchase requests, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and organizational updates.
  • Help maintain a strong team culture within the broader sales organization.
