Senior Event Marketing Manager

Boulevard
$83,600 - $120,900Remote

About The Position

Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most. Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too. Come Do the Best Work of Your Life at Boulevard. As the Senior Event Marketing Manager, you’ll own the planning, execution, and performance of Boulevard’s industry conference and tradeshow presence. This isn’t just an event logistics role — it’s an opportunity to treat events as a full-funnel marketing channel that builds brand awareness, creates memorable experiences, drives pipeline, and strengthens our presence in the self-care industry. You’ll bring both a sharp creative instinct for standout experiences and a data-driven mindset for measuring impact. You should care as much about how an event feels as the results it delivers. You’ll lead Boulevard’s participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events from planning through execution, follow-up, and performance reporting, taking ownership of both the attendee experience and the business outcomes that follow. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role where you’ll build strong partnerships across internal teams and with event organizers, vendors, customers, prospects, and industry partners, while serving as a key ambassador for the Boulevard brand. This is an individual contributor role- you will not directly manage a team, but will be expected to operate with high autonomy, sound judgment, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, and/or the self-care space.
  • Proven success owning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and sponsored events end to end, from strategy and execution through post-event reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact across pipeline, ROI, and account engagement.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, vendors, and stakeholder relationships across all levels internally and externally.
  • Strong in-person presence and relationship-building skills, representing Boulevard confidently with customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of event logistics, booth execution, and on-site operations, paired with a high bar for brand and attendee experience.
  • Experience managing contract negotiation, budgets, vendors, and event operations efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in CRM, marketing, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, or similar.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment and traveling frequently (up to ~30%).
