About The Position

Provide functional and technical expertise and production support, including application troubleshooting, development, and maintenance of workflow, security, and integrations. Coordinate projects and facilitation of improvements, enhancements, quarterly regression testing, and instance management for the enterprise Oracle ERP system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent training.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Information Systems/Technology or related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERPs (Enterprise Resource Systems) and SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with PL/SQL, reporting packages, databases, programming, scripting, and query writing.
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English, interpersonal relations, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to successfully communicate and maintain positive and effective relationships with all levels within an organization and facilitate understanding of processes and issues from a business perspective.
  • Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP, HCM, and EPM.
  • Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Extracts and Data Loader.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and using SOAP and REST API’s.
  • Experience with Oracle Visual Builder.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM Automate and EDMCS.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior level analyst.
  • Participate in production support, from troubleshooting and identification through resolution.
  • Facilitate and monitor production operational processes performed by the IS team. Including running reports, scheduled processes, uploads, and issue resolution, monitor scheduled integrations and processes.
  • Develop and maintain scheduled, and ad hoc reports and queries in support of ongoing organizational needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and oversee security rules and roles. Including auto provisioning, deprovisioning, and AOR assignment.
  • Develop and maintain Oracle BPM and HCM workflows.
  • Monitor scheduled integrations and processes.
  • Responsible for instance management. Including scheduling and coordinating P2T and T2T clones and performing post cloning tasks.
  • Coordinate regression testing related to quarterly Oracle patching. Including communicating schedules, coordinating tasks and reviewing new available enhancements.
  • Work with Senior Analysts to develop internally or work with third party vendors to deploy business solutions. Integrate complex systems in multi-platform and multi-vendor environments to include transactional data collection systems, data warehouse/decision support systems, and other critical district systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
