Senior Equipment Operator
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Equipment Operator. In this role, you will operate complex electronic or mechanical equipment to process daily work, support the performance and work direction of less experienced staff, and ensure the overall effectiveness of the team. You will maintain equipment and systems to ensure they are performing to processing and service levels, and identify ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures. You will perform complex operational support tasks, coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs, and ensure diagnostic tools and service aids are in working order. You will provide training and guidance to a less experienced team of Equipment Technicians and work with systems to test and enhance new product output to assure needs are met. You will provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff, and exercise independent judgment within guidelines. You will act as an escalation point for less experienced equipment technicians to resolve issues and provide feedback and training. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with internal customers and vendors.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Equipment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
