About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Equipment Operator. In this role, you will operate complex electronic or mechanical equipment to process daily work, support the performance and work direction of less experienced staff, and ensure equipment and systems are performing to processing and service levels. You will identify ways to improve individual work processes, perform complex operational support tasks, coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs, and ensure diagnostic tools and service aids are in working order. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to a less experienced team of Equipment Technicians, work with systems to test and enhance new product output, and provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures. You will exercise independent judgment, act as an escalation point for less experienced technicians, and collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers. You will also interact with internal customers and vendors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Equipment Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
