About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Epic Application Analyst with a focus on Willow Ambulatory. This role involves configuring, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining Epic applications. The analyst will analyze clinical and pharmacy workflows, recommend system improvements, and collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, IT teams, and operational stakeholders to define application requirements. Responsibilities include performing Epic system builds, modifications, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Epic certification required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working directly with Healthcare Information Systems.
- Experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare clinical and operational workflows.
Nice To Haves
- Epic Willow certification strongly preferred.
- Candidates with other relevant Epic certifications may be considered.
- Hands-on Epic build experience.
- Epic Willow Ambulatory build, implementation, optimization, or support experience.
- Pharmacy experience or knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows.
