About The Position

We have an immediate need for a Senior Environmental Engineer or Geologist who is a Licensed Site Professional (LSP) in the Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area. Come join our team! Requirements

  • Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental remediation services and redevelopment projects.
  • Demonstrated project management and budgeting experience.
  • Proven success in client development, acquisition, and retention.
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Engineering or Geology license preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support and expand the environmental practice through business development, internal project leadership, and team management.
  • Establish project teams, develop project initiation documents, prepare schedules, define scopes of work, and develop cost estimates.
  • Ensure that project teams are appropriately staffed with the technical expertise necessary to deliver high-quality results while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring the timely resolution of project issues and scope changes.
  • Oversee project financial performance by managing budgets effectively and communicating cost impacts as needed.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for field investigations, site assessments, remediation system installation, and performance evaluation activities.
  • Support a diverse portfolio of redevelopment and environmental projects.
  • Bring strong client-facing capabilities.
  • Prepare technical proposals and planning documents.
  • Contribute to strategic business development efforts across both public sector clients.
