About The Position

Global Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join its Enterprise Project Management Office at its headquarters. This individual-contributor role leads enterprise programs—groups of related projects and workstreams aligned to deliver business outcomes—and is accountable for integration, execution health, risks, outcomes, and value across workstreams. The role provides executives with clear information to support timely decisions. Programs may support company growth through acquisition integration and enterprise-wide process and system change. The Senior Program Manager owns end-to-end program delivery, translating approved business objectives into scope, success measures, roadmaps, and executable plans. The role establishes governance and operating rhythms; manages integrated plans, budgets, vendors, risks, issues, and dependencies; and coordinates stakeholders across business and technology teams. It also supports change management, communications, training, adoption, implementation, stabilization, operational handoff, and confirmation that intended business value is realized. As a hands-on leader, the Senior Program Manager directly owns key activities and deliverables while coordinating and influencing project managers, workstream leads, and other contributors. The role contributes program information to the EPMO portfolio view, leads post-implementation reviews, shares lessons learned, and provides feedback to improve EPMO practices and tools. The position calls for an emotionally intelligent, business-oriented leader with strong judgment, executive credibility, and the ability to connect business priorities with technical details.
