Coinbase
•$148,835 - $175,100•Remote

About The Position

Coinbase’s Enterprise Applications and Architecture (EAA) team builds internal platforms, systems, and workflows that support the company’s operations at scale. This Product Manager role focuses on FP&A and adjacent finance workflows, with ownership across planning, forecasting, reporting, workflow automation, and the systems finance teams use day to day. This is a high-ownership L5 role spanning budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, close-adjacent processes, reporting, variance analysis, executive visibility, and platform improvements. The Product Manager will partner across Finance, Engineering, Business Systems, Data, and Functional Architecture to make FP&A tooling more scalable, reliable, and AI-enabled over time. Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Employees are expected to gather quarterly for in-person working sessions called “surges.”

  • Experience with finance systems, planning platforms, enterprise workflows, or adjacent domains where process rigor and data quality matter.
  • Ability to understand user pain points across operational workflows and executive reporting use cases.
  • Strong analytical orientation, including defining metrics, evaluating tradeoffs, and using data to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and aligning technical and non-technical partners.

  • Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots in daily workflows, learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Demonstrated AI and workflow automation fluency, especially where automation can materially improve finance operations.
