About The Position

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager – Data & AI in our Data & AI Area, you will be the driving force in translating our technological expertise in Machine Learning and Generative AI into real customer projects. You will work directly with our Lead Data & AI. This means for you: no rigid structures, but real creative freedom with the clear goal of significantly expanding the area. We are looking for someone with a genuine business development mentality who can organize themselves independently in home office work. You won't be selling standard licenses here, but rather accompanying customers in the upper mid-market and enterprise segments as a trusted advisor on complex cloud and data projects.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise IT Sales: You have solid sales experience in the cloud, data, or complex IT environment and know how to build long-term trust at the C-level.
  • Technological understanding: You don't have to be an engineer, but you understand modern cloud infrastructures and data architectures well enough to confidently bring complex solutions to the customer. The ecosystems of the three major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) are familiar to you; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Doer mentality & AI enthusiasm: You are passionate about AI, have a high personal willingness to learn, and simply enjoy working with people and actively building a new team.
  • Communication and pitching skills: You can translate technological concepts into real business value. As our delivery projects and appointments are partly international, you can pitch confidently in German and English.
  • Managed Services Know-how: Ideally, you already have experience in selling managed services and supporting sustainable IT implementations.
  • Team spirit and drive: You convince with results orientation and the joy of collaborating with our diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline development & lead activation: You will independently drive the entire sales cycle forward. This is based on data-driven CRM analyses to specifically activate existing, warm leads from the PCG ecosystem (no hard cold calling).
  • Sales of our Data & AI portfolio: You will strategically support customers in their transformation. You will sell our enabling workshops for use case identification, the setup of modular architecture foundations (AI Foundation including data management, security, and FinOps), as well as pre-constructed lighthouse use cases.
  • Maturity assessments & value selling: You will analyze the current customer situation through structured maturity assessments to set up sustainable solutions, managed services, and suitable change & adoption concepts.
  • Deal optimization & partner management: We advise agnostically. You will use your intuition for cloud subsidies, incentives, and the programs of the major hyperscalers to structure deals optimally from a commercial perspective.
  • GTM strategy: You will directly contribute your market insights and actively participate in the further development of our go-to-market strategy.
