About The Position

Mirakl is a leader in marketplace innovation, empowering businesses to compete in the platform economy. The Mirakl Ads team focuses on enabling businesses to monetize their e-commerce traffic through retail media solutions. This role involves driving sales for Mirakl Ads, a retail media solution, within the retailer and marketplace operator segment. The goal is to help businesses monetize their e-commerce traffic and deliver greater value to advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers. The position is based in Boston or New York and offers hybrid and fully remote contract options.

Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in ad-tech, retail media, or SaaS solutions, with consistent quota over-achievement
  • Deep understanding of the marketplace and advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise pipeline and accelerate sales cycles to meet quarterly targets
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales situations requiring ROI demonstration and solution-selling approaches

Responsibilities

  • Own quota attainment across your AMER territory by developing and executing a structured, repeatable go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads, focused on new customer acquisition within the retailer and marketplace operator segment
  • Drive the full end-to-end sales cycle (typically 5–9 months) across all stages: prospecting and outbound engagement, discovery and business case development, technical validation with Solutions Engineering, commercial negotiation with procurement and legal, and contract closure
  • Build deep expertise in Mirakl Ads and act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetisation strategies, sponsored product mechanics, and advertiser ROI — positioning Mirakl's differentiators against competing retail media solutions
  • Navigate complex retailer organisations to build and maintain senior-level relationships with the key decision-makers driving retail media initiatives, including Chief Digital Officers, VP/Heads of eCommerce, Heads of Retail Media or Monetisation, and CMOs
  • Own and grow a healthy, multi-stage pipeline by partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Legal to accelerate deal progression and ensure a smooth transition to onboarding post-signature
