About The Position

The Senior Engineer on EchoStar’s Supply Chain Technology team serves as a technical lead for a development squad, ensuring the integrity, performance, and scalability of systems supporting hardware logistics, device procurement, and real-time inventory tracking. The role owns execution and deployment of critical supply chain platform components, translating architectural designs into scalable, production-ready specifications. The engineer works with the Principal Product Owner to assess technical feasibility, estimate delivery effort, and reduce technical debt. The role includes developing mission-critical software, leading code reviews, maintaining testing and documentation standards, building integrations among supply chain ERP, warehouse management, and OSS/BSS platforms, optimizing performance during high-volume events, resolving production issues, mentoring engineers, and promoting DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. The position requires deep supply chain systems and integration expertise, modern backend and AWS cloud-native engineering experience, and advanced skills in microservices, event-driven architecture, and high-transaction databases. Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. The listed base salary range is $96,250 to $137,500 per year.
