Senior Engineer, Stability Analysis

GE Vernova
•$111,200 - $213,200•Remote

About The Position

As a key member of the Stability Analysis Team, the Senior Engineer performs safety analyses focused on plant thermal-hydraulic stability, plant noise, Power Range Neutron Monitor (PRNM) stability interfaces, and related reactor safety evaluations. The analyses support reload applications and operational needs for Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) fleets, including operating plants and advanced reactor designs such as the BWRX-300 deployed or planned worldwide. The role leads fuel project activities, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and customers, supports regulatory interactions, and prepares and presents technical analyses and recommendations. It also contributes technical mentoring, procedures, knowledge management, and training to build staff capability and improve processes. Work must meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and Quality Assurance standards. This is a remote position. Relocation assistance is provided. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; any applicable offer is contingent on authorization to access that information. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation is $111,200–$213,200, subject to geographic differentials and other factors, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
