About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Medical Product Program Manager / Team Lead to lead WPAC product and program management activities. The role supports senior acquisition strategy, medical product development, business operations, schedules, risk management, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. The position leads integrated product teams and working groups and supports milestone decision activities. It also coordinates staff workload, vacancies, task coverage, and standardized processes. The position is onsite in Fort Detrick, Maryland, with travel of up to 20%. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Arcetyp accepts direct-hire W-2 employees only and does not accept 1099 independent consultants, staffing firms, or corp-to-corp candidates. The company cannot sponsor H-1B visas. Requirements

Working knowledge of Defense Acquisition Systems.
Strong program and project leadership.
Ability to independently manage complex medical product programs.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Current WPAC incumbent Team Lead or Senior Product Manager experience.
DHA/PAE Medical Product experience.
Combat casualty care or acute-care medical product experience.
FDA-regulated medical product experience.
DAWIA, PMP, or equivalent qualification.
