About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Acquisition Specialist to provide senior acquisition program management and strategic acquisition analysis in support of DoD medical programs. The role supports ACAT medical programs and the integration of medical product development with DoD acquisition processes. The position is described as onsite in Fort Detrick, Maryland. Travel may be required up to 20%.

Requirements

Expert-level knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
Working knowledge of capability requirements development, PPBE, and organizational acquisition policy.
Ability to develop executive-level acquisition documentation.
Ability to work independently.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

Current or recent DHA PAE MP acquisition incumbent experience.
DAWIA or equivalent acquisition training or certification.
Medical product acquisition experience.
Familiarity with FDA-regulated medical products.
ACAT program experience.

Responsibilities

Provide senior acquisition program management and strategic acquisition analysis.
Develop acquisition strategies, milestone documentation, program briefings, schedules, risk products, and decision papers.
Apply Materiel Requirements and Capability Development, PPBE, DoDI 5000, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework processes.
Support ACAT medical programs and integrate medical product development with DoD acquisition processes.
